The most common issues with streams that fail to connect to the server is either your “Host” configuration, or your “Stream Key” settings in your streaming software. Set your host type to “RTMP”, the host name is “rtmp://streams.nenet.net/live/” and the Stream Key is the name of the stream key that was emailed to you when you setup service with us. A typical Stream Key would be like “UCC1123”,  (some derivative of your church name).

The bare minimum that you need to live stream to our system is an internet connection (this could even be your cell phone’s internet), a live streaming app (on your phone), and a camera (your phone). Configure the app, and you are up and running on our service. This is a great solution for “on the go” vlogs, or street ministers. Our recommended setup for churches would be a computer with at least 4gigs of ram, a reasonable processor, 250gb of hard disk, a connected camera, and running OBS streaming software (which is free). Download the OBS, configure it according to our instructions, and you will be streaming in 5 minutes or less. 

We are happy to host a single page on our system that you can point your live stream viewers to. It is an embedded page on our system that we will write to display your live stream. The cost for this is an additional $10.00 per month which would bring your total cost up to $59.99 per month. 
We can also develop a 5 page website for your church or ministry for a one time cost of $300.00, and host it on our servers at an additional cost of $25.00 per month with unlimited views. This would bring your total cost with us up to $74.99 per month.
